1) I reserve the right to refuse a sale or can terminate a sale at anytime during the sale process if deemed necessary.
2) A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to hold a bunny until weaning. Deposits can be either mailed or hand delivered. I must receive the deposit within a week, or the bunny will go back up for sale. If bunny is weaned, but cannot be picked up immediately, I require full payment in order to hold until pickup. All money must be received prior to the animal(s) leaving my possession. The final payment when you pick up the bunny must be paid in cash.
3) Prices are subject to change at anytime according to how the rabbit develops.
4) I cannot guarantee show quality, or reproductive ability.
5) All show prospect rabbits are sold with a pedigree, and do not have any disqualifying factors as of the date that they leave my care. All show quality rabbits can be used as breeding rabbits unless otherwise stated.
6) All strictly brood quality rabbits are sold with pedigree's and usually have a disqualifying factor that would DQ them from competition, but does not me that they are bad quality rabbits. (Ex: To big for standard, Charlie marked, Mismatched Toenails.... etc.) Brood rabbits are all sold proven unless marked as "brood prospect" which means they have not given birth, but have the body to do so.
7) Not all babies born will be for sale. Babies will be at least 8 weeks old before they are sold. Pets are ready to go by 8 weeks old. Show/bood quality rabbits are not sold until they are at least 3-4 months old.
